The KAIO VF series respirators work by means of a slight overpressure created by a flow of filtered air. The air, sucked and purified through the filters by means of a control unit, is sent through the tube inside the helmet. Control unit, filters and battery are worn on the belt.<\/p>\n
The electric respirator with helmet is a device capable of providing combined protection of the head (EN397), face and eyes (EN ISO 16321-1) and respiratory tract – from gases and particles – (EN12941). The adjustable internal harness locks the helmet to the forehead giving greater visibility to the operator. The polyamide collar allows a pleasant and efficient closure of the helmet around the operator’s neck. The respirator is designed to be used both in compact mode and in mode with control unit and battery on the belt. This is possible by changing the rear insert. The e-T5 control unit is equipped with a silent and long-lasting coreless motor and a monitoring system for the state of charge of the battery and the minimum flow by means of a LED and a buzzer. The lightness of the device allows it to be used without the use of a shoulder support.<\/p>\n

Ultraviolet sun rays are repelled by the white color of the helmet. COLLARS<\/b>: The polyamide collar closes efficiently and comfortably around the worker\u2019s neck.<\/p>\n VISOR<\/strong>: It is fixed and compliant with the requirements of the EN ISO 16321-1:2022 standard: it resists particles with a speed of 120 m\/s at extreme temperatures [-5\u00b0C; 55\u00b0C].
